Frequent Visitors by Sea

Tholos Bay Suites is a large villa separated into four comfortable 2-bedroom suites. Three of which are available for holiday rental; two are 90 sq. m. and one is 75 sq. m. Each has its own 50 sq. m. balcony/veranda and its own separate entrance.

There are two bedrooms and one bathroom in each suite.  One bedroom has a double bed and the other with two twin beds. 

The bathroom is complete with a shower and bath/spa. A washing machine is installed for your convenience. 

The living/dining areas are comfortably furnished and offer a  view to the beach and the sea via the large glass balcony doors and windows.   

The kitchens are fully equipped with all necessary appliances including, a microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dinnerware, cookware, cooking utensils, silverware and glassware.

The balconies and terraces have tables and chairs for outdoor dining, as well as, sun lounges for just relaxing. An electric awning provides welcome shade in the evening.

All windows and doors are made of handcrafted American Oak. Windows and glass balcony doors are double paned and have electric exterior shutters for privacy and security. All suites have air-conditioning in all rooms and built-in wardrobes in the bedrooms. Furthermore, bed-linens, bath towels and pool towels are provided.

The premises include a large swimming pool with sun lounges and umbrellas for our guests.

•  A baby cot is available, if needed, for children up to 3 years old, as well as, a high chair  at no extra charge.
• Nightly rate includes taxes

• *Nightly prices are based on a minimum of 4-night stay with up to 4 persons. 

• Check-in time is after 15:00
• Check-out time is no later than 11:00.

• Contact us for early check-in or late check-out requests. We try to accommodate early check-in and late check-out whenever possible, however, these times are set in order to have adequate time for preparation of the suites for arriving guests. We kindly request that you adhere to these times unless other arrangements are previously made with us.​

• Bed linens and towels are changed every fourth day, if requested.

(based on 7 nights stay). 

• General daily cleaning and upkeep is the responsibility of the guest(s).

• We promote recycling of glass, plastic and cardboard whenever possible.

• The final cleaning after check-out is done by us, however, it is expected that the suites be left in a respectable condition.

Children should ALWAYS be supervised at the pool.
