Following is some advice for the comfort and safety of everyone. 

 Wi-Fi is free and has property-wide coverage.  Your connection code is: GREECE300

 Each room has independent air-conditioning.  Please do not set the temperature control lower than 25 degrees to prevent “freezing” of the unit and loss of use.

Please, no paper of any kind in the toilet. Sewage systems in Greece are delicate and can clog easily. Place ALL paper in the trash bin. 

Trash bins and recycle bins are located behind the entrance gate for your convenience. Recycle when it is possible.

Bed Linens and Towels are changed midweek (on the 4th day of your stay, based on a 7 night stay) on request. General daily cleaning is the responsibility of the guest.

Precaution for COVID-19: Please shower with soap before and after using the pool

Respect the rights of other guests by collecting your personal items when you leave the pool area. 

For safety: no glass items in the pool 

area.

To avoid accidents, running and diving are prohibited.

Children in the pool area must be supervised by an adult at all times.

 Guests choose Tholos Bay Suites for quiet relaxation.

Please be considerate and respectful of the other guests by keeping noise to a minimum.

Smoking is NOT ALLOWED inside the apartment. However, smoking is permitted outside with proper disposal of cigarette butts and attention to fire safety.

Our doors, balcony doors and windows are solid wood, are very heavy and slide easily. Please open and close them gently as to not break the glass. Be careful of fingers.  

Our windows are fitted with electric blinds that can be lowered to block out light and heat from the sun. If, during operation, they become stuck, turn off the switch immediately and call us. 

Do not try to move them by hand.

The balcony awnings must be raised in the case of windy conditions to avoid damage and injury. 

You can find most of the things you may need in the village supermarket. 

If you need a pharmacy, there are many in Ierapetras, as are banks, restaurants, gift shops, etc.
